These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to end users, authorized lawyers/verifiers, franchise administrators, and super administrators.

2. Platform Description

eAttest is a digital document attestation, verification, storage, and translation platform.

The Platform enables authorized legal professionals to upload verified documents and allows users to securely access, share, print, and translate those documents.

Important: eAttest does not perform legal verification itself. All attestations are carried out by legally authorized third-party professionals, authorized/licensed by local Government.

5. Role-Specific Responsibilities

End Users
  • Users cannot upload documents for attestation directly.
  • Documents are uploaded only by authorized lawyers/verifiers after physical verification.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of information linked to their email address.
Lawyers / Verifiers
  • Verifiers must be legally authorized under applicable national laws.
  • They are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of documents before uploading them.
  • Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
Franchise Administrators
  • Franchises are responsible for local compliance, verifier onboarding, and regulatory alignment.
  • Franchises do not have access to document content and may view only operational metadata.

6. Translation Services

Translation services are provided using AI-based systems. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, translations may not be 100% accurate.
